REFUND & EXCHANGE

By using this service the customer accepts and agrees our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Shipping terms, Refund and Exchange Policy.

 Refund

*Financial Refunds are not applicable unless there is an Ordered Cancellation with in 2-days after placing the order. 

Exchange

*You can submit an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your item “if the item you purchased is defective or damaged during shipping”. via email (info@jetaimebymai.com) , after this period has passed we cannot accept any requests.

*For the defective or damage items, exchange will take place within 5 working days after we received the item. And the delivery charge is free.

*We don’t offer exchange for a different design or color.

*There will be a remaining balance under your name, for your future purchases if you no longer wish to exchange.

*For orders outside the UAE, customers will pay shipping fee of returning the original item and shipping fee of sending the new item. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
